THE ROLE OF SUPPORT WORKER

We are looking for support workers experienced and non-experienced who are empathetic, kind and caring that are dedicated to providing the highest quality care to their clients. You should have a belief in the company values of good quality care, promoting independence, treating people with dignity and respect as you would any member of your family and to offer support your fellow colleagues. You will be travelling house to house to our clients to support them with various tasks from personal care, washing and dressing to sitting and chatting to someone that is lonely and can benefit from a chat with you.  A friendly smiling face walking through their door can make your clients day.
